My two year old nephew loves saying all the proper bird names so I got this for him to improve his vocabulary He doesn t use it as bingo but that will come It s a great aid and after an adult reads the names to him, he has a good go at saying them and then he can remember lots of them.

Love this game It was for Christmas and we played it with Grandpa Pieces are a nice size and of quality Only downside which is why it got 4 stars instead of 5, is that we had 10 people playing New Year s Eve Although there are 12 boards, there are not enough counters to cover all squares on 10 boards, let alone 12 Shame, otherwise good game.We have Big Bingo and Bird pairs also.

I love this and its companion, Bug Bingo. They are strong and beautifully made, with accurate and lifelike illustrations Full of interesting information, the games are also almost unsusceptible to cheating by a 6 year old

  6. says:

Got as a gift for a 7 year old who loves birds We played it once she had a hard time calling out the names because on my board I got about 4 bingos before she had any and she got disappointed Will play it again Great idea for learning birds, and also can make it challenging with the descriptions, so really like this idea of learning while playing a game Got as a recommendation someone else had the insects one.

  7. says:

My 3 and a half year old granddaughter loves playing this game when she comes around After playing half a dozen times she is already recognising some birds and referring to them by their name Great way of learning Will be buying one for my neighbors children for Christmas.

  8. says:

Not sure what I expected, but it gets a bit boring after playing a couple of times Make that once Possibly educational for some, but overpriced for what it is Mine s off to the charity shop.
