    What a lovely read and so needed in the world when young children are glued to devices The instructions given are so simple, yet fundamental to good mental health.I love the illustrations.I am going to read this to my 5 year old grandson, who often gets into an anxious temper, and share it with his parents.

    i think this book is fantastic doing the breathing exercise with my 4 year old son calms him down a lot and if done early enough can prevent a major melt down, its a lovely book that my son enjoys not just reading but also talking about the colorful pictures x
